How it all started
I have loved photography since I was a little girl, and you'd often find me with some type of camera in my hand.
At 12, my life changed forever. I was diagnosed with a life-threatening illness that eventually required a bone marrow transplant. At 16, I underwent chemotherapy and radiation and spent 10 months straight In the hospital. This is really when my love of photography grew. I really wanted to document and journal my journey. Photographing my view from a hospital bed along with my everyday challenges became a way to capture and journal my experiences all while providing a therapeutic escape.
Flash forward a couple of months in the hospital, and I had the opportunity to meet Garth Brooks. He surprised me with all new camera gear and told me to follow my dreams. Here I am now, almost 10 years later getting to live out that dream and photograph other people's special moments, so they always have something to look back on...a photo journal to last a lifetime.

I'm McKindree, It's So Great to Meet You
I am so excited that you're here! I am a wedding, couple, and family photographer based in Arizona (although I love to travel). I am a Diet Coke lover, adventure seeker, a wife to my best friend, Hyrum, a dog momma, and a trash tv watcher. My love language(s) are Diet Coke, chips and salsa, and flowers. Give me any of those things, and I'm a happy girl!!
